Alpha is a ministry tool used in 169 countries throughout the world that focuses on
building community and exploring the core tenants of the Christian faith. Over the course of 10-12 weeks it offers a save environment for participants to learn about and grow in a relationship with Jesus through video presentations and group discussion by addressing questions like ‘Who is Jesus?’, ‘Why did He have to Die?’, and ‘Does God Answer Prayer?’
Alpha brings together the experience of Real Relationships coupled with an excellent presentation of God’s Truth in a welcoming environment to create a unique setting to share the gospel message with those who are willing to explore. Our goal is that every person at CFA will take Alpha at least once and will invite at least one other person to Alpha with them.

This year's looking a little different for Authentic Living. We have three different modules that you can take all together or alone.
CFA Youth Ministry is a program where teens in grades 7-12 can gather to connect, have fun, and explore faith together. We have a team of Youth Leader volunteers who work to meet teens where they are at, build relationships, and walk alongside them as they ask questions and pursue a deeper understanding of the Gospel and what it means to follow Jesus.
Ever wondered what the Bible says about worship? Have you ever wanted to know more about what goes into leading a church in worship? Wondered what exactly do you do when you join the worship team? Wanted to go deeper in your own worship times?

If that is you, and you are between the ages of 12-18, or are a young adult that wants to dive deeper into these things, come join Pastor Amanda, and friends.

Join us Wednesdays for a devotional, prayer time and casual coffee time in the foyer!
Our aim is to build community within the church. Wednesday Coffee Time is a place where people can come together and visit about anything. A place to get to know each other, learn to trust each other and share things in an environment of love and privacy. Sometimes it can be hard to get to know each other in a big church, and not everyone is outgoing but we can create community in a smaller group.
If you would like to join us, come out to the church foyer on Wednesday afternoons, at 1pm.

The CFA Ladies Book Club meets about once a month for fun and fellowship...and of course chatting about our most recent read. If you would to join, please contact the church office to be added to our WhatsApp group or for more information.
Our mission is to show God's love and serve others by helping newcomers to Canada feel more welcomed and comfortable in our culture and our church, and to help Canadians form lasting relationships with them.

If you are between the ages 18 and 30ish, want to meet new people, and also grow in your faith, then join our Young Adults group! We will be meeting biweekly starting September 19 at 7pm in the upstairs lounge also known as the Youth Wing. We will also have hangouts outside of our regular meeting schedule so sign up and stay informed.
After the music portion of the service, join us upstairs in the youth wing as we continue to explore faith in God, and forge influential friendships.
